What this site collects
When you call. Calls to the number published on this site are placed over a call-tracking line. The call and standard call metadata (your number, time, duration) may be recorded and are used to route and evaluate service requests.
When you submit a form. The request form collects the service and issue you select, your city and phone number, and — on the contact form — your name, email, and any details you type. Submissions also record standard technical attribution: the page you landed on, the referring site, UTM campaign parameters if present, your browser's user-agent string, and a salted, one-way hash of your IP address used for abuse prevention. The raw IP address is not stored with your request.
Cookies and analytics. This site sets no advertising cookies. Attribution uses your browser's session storage and is discarded when the session ends. No third-party analytics vendor is currently configured; if one is added, this policy will be updated first.
How information is used and shared
Requests exist to be routed: calls and form submissions may be shared with a third-party provider so it can contact you about your request — that is the site's purpose and the sharing you consent to when you check the consent box or place a call. Request records are also used to operate the site: preventing abuse, fixing errors, and evaluating whether requests are being handled.
This site does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context advertising.
Retention and your choices
Request records are retained while they are useful for the purposes above and then deleted. You can ask what is held about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion by submitting the contact form with the phone number or email you used. Reasonable verification will be required before records are disclosed or deleted.
Scope
This policy covers RockfordConcreteLeveling.net only. Once a provider contacts you, its handling of your information is governed by its own practices and any contract you sign with it.
